My daughters sent me a meme the other day about how much jibber jabber there is between the start of a post and the recipe… I have to say I kind of agree. As personalized as we want to make our blog posts, it is quite possible not too many people really care! So, I will keep it short and get to the point here! Chocolate Peanut Butter Quinoa Puffs recipe coming right up.
My eldest made these a while back using only 3 ingredients. In my usual way, I swept in to make them my own. (Annoying I am sure. Sorry hun.) I have to say though, I was able to add some extra nutrients to the mix without making them seem at ALL healthy. They are ooey and gooey and definitely hit the mark when comes to simplicity, speed and sugar craving. A few Omega 3 rich ingredients make Chocolate Peanut Butter Quinoa Puffs even better without taking away from the taste.
We are having friends in for dinner tonight and since my husband has offered to cook, I made these to have something ready to serve. They are also perfect for taking really anywhere, at any time of day!
