- Becoming Vegan, by Brenda Davis and Vesanto Melina. This book ‘provides the detail you are looking for. It sets the standard on plant-based nutrition, with exhaustive analysis and full referencing’.
- The Beauty Detox Solution and The Beauty Detox Foods, by Kimberly Snyder. These two books provide information on healthy ways to rid your body of toxins and glow from the inside out.
