Yay!! Thank you so much for your message. I am so glad that you enjoyed the beet burgers.  As for the strawberry sauce, you can do both.  If you are planning to eat it right away, you can freeze the rest of the cake and pour the sauce over it just before you eat it.  If you want to make it for a later date, you can just pour it on top and freeze it.  It will need 5-10 minutes to thaw a bit before you serve.  :)  Hope it turns out well for you!]]></description>
